Yoover.com is a platform where we connect the buyer with the seller of products and services. Sales of products on our platform are made by independent sellers. Your purchases are guaranteed, and we are committed to your total satisfaction.
It is very important to note that Yoover.com does not touch the products that are for sale on our platform, but we do guarantee each sale and strive to have quality products and high-level sellers.
We ask sellers to be as clear, accurate and transparent in their product descriptions and images as possible to eliminate any errors or doubts. Sellers who do not comply with our rules will be immediately deactivated.
In turn, we ask buyers to be well informed and sure of their purchase decision before making it. Buyers who return more than 3 products in a year will be deactivated.
Before making the return, you have to notify the seller that you are going to return the product. The seller will tell you where to send the product to be returned.
When do I get my money back?
We will make the refund 3 business days after the product arrives, and the seller has authorized the refund and once we review if it complies with the return policies. However, sometimes we can make the refund as soon as you deliver the product, so that you have the money faster.
Once we make the refund, you will see all the details about the amount, place and day of crediting the money from the status of your purchase.
Where will my money be refunded?
We refund the money in the same payment method you used to buy.
